1. Order, Payment, Cancellation & Pickup Policy 

Payment 

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. 

• Orders will not be started until payment is received. 

Order Notice 

• Standard orders (pies, cheesecakes, muffins, and juices) require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. • Large or custom event orders require at least 14 days’ advance notice. 

Cancellation & Refunds 

• Orders canceled within 48 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund. • Orders canceled after 48 hours of placing the order are non-refundable. 

• No exceptions will be made to this policy. 

Pickup Policy 

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. 

• Once notified, orders must be picked up within 1 to 3 hours. 

• Orders not picked up within this timeframe may not be replaced or refunded. • No exceptions will be made to this policy. 

2. Privacy Policy 

• We collect customer information (name, phone number, email, and payment details) only for processing and fulfilling orders. 

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, except as needed to process payments or comply with law. 

• Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. Credit card details are not stored on our servers. 

• Our website may use cookies to enhance your experience. You may disable cookies in your browser at any time. 

3. Terms & Conditions 

• All baked goods and juices are made to order and subject to availability. 

• Prices may change without prior notice. 

• Orders are bound by our Order, Cancellation & Pickup Policy. 

• Perishable items cannot be returned once picked up or delivered. 

• SWEET IS SUGA is not responsible for orders not picked up within the required time frame.
